ymarkus sorry I may be missing something I have just tried to archive something and it worked but looking at the Video is also shows at the end that its Archived. Are you saying as an example this is somebody doing an archive but you cant do it if so what error message are you getting. I have tried it on both Basic and Pro license so as you say its not profile relevant as far as i can see

I can confirm this bug in the archive function and it already exists since Vers. 0.50.1 (April 2022) and unfortunately has not been fixed since then. See also attached screenshot of my conversation from April 11, 2022 with Edvinas from Voltas. Ticket ID was BB2-215. |

Description of bug: Backup fails for C6 Battery Charger with message "Oops! Something went wrong". This also probably the cause for full backup failing without any error message at all (since it goes back to main screen just when C6 is about to be backed up).
