I have recently bought the dongle, all the apps are working fine. But when I tried to get into the long coding to code the oil temperature display it showed the code 31(function not supported). I thought this was due to using the standard plan, not the Pro, so I bought it today. Same thing happens. Clearing the app cache didn't help, getting out and then in the module again also did nothing. The car is Golf 7 TDI Trendline. Does anybody have any information do I even need the Pro plan to code this or have I just threw my money away? Would it be of any help if I just reinstall the OBDeleven Android app? I did some research, many people are having the same issue for years. This company provides no user manual nor any kind of support except for the various forums online which is just not acceptable. Please help!

Anyone? Is this due to my cars' production year (2013.)?

Afternoon, Firstly check out support.obdeleven.com/en/ this is the user manual for the application there is no way anybody could build a manual that covers all cars/year/country for the VAG Range that this tool covers. Secondly you are correct you cant do manual coding with the Basic plan you have to have Pro or Ultimate to enable coding. You say you have upgraded have you looked at your account does it say PRO VAG Also are you using IOS or Android as Android offers much better support than IOS (OBD11 Have not finished coding IOS yet) Lastly what coding are you using to enable the oil temp, i will double check but seem to recall not all cars support this function.

It is Android. They don't sell IOS service any cheaper, do they? Thought so.
I did check the support, to no avail, yes, my plan is Pro, checked, and I have tried absolutely everything. I exchanged a few emails with the support, but nothing has helped so far. I have tried: -using the Apps menu -Long coding (unit 17) -both with service changed to ''developer mode'' and back to default, again - nothing. -deleting both cache and the data from the app - again nothing.
-Edwinas from the support wrote this in his email:
Try to follow the steps below:
1.Connect to your vehicle; 2.Open the control unit 17; 3.Select adaptations -> WIV: Resetting ESI; 4.Select reset and apply it. 5. Edvinas OBDeleven
And still nothing, I wish I knew the reason. All other things worked just fine, this is the only issue I'm having.
