Alas - no I can't explain "how to delete this DTC" without more information!
U101400 - Control module incorrectly coded is a general fault descriptor and it can include a wide number of possible causes involving wrong values in either the long-code string, or in the adaptation channel database on the hex5F module.
So, the way forward here is to look in the OBD11 History facility for change records on the hex5F module, or to modifications on other modules that might impact the hex5F module. Of course the most recent change records will be the more probable culprits and if any are found, revert the change to the "old value". With each reverted value, try to clear the error and keep continuing through the change records until successful
If you have used OCAs, the changes won't be recorded in History - so you will need to rely on your memory to unwind any OCAs that have been wrongly implemented

hmm....... means that for some (unknown) reason the Dashboard module failed to talk to the CAN bus. But this is a not important error because it's "Priority 6" and it has only been registered once in fault memory (Malfunction frequency counter - 1). I don't know why the error occurred (maybe related to another error in your scan report, or perhaps it's a once-only event). Clear the error and see if it re-appears?
