Hello everyone so I m having trouble with with 2016 golf Tsi
It started with a P0253500 fault after steering column staring blinking yellow not fixed red on dash took run scanned with obd11 got this faults took to dealer they said that I have I short on the headlights fogs
Related to T 17 connectors and asking for $1700 repair
Here’s my faults when scanned by OBDeleven
Ignition switch run / start position circuit hight
Fault code 253500
Statut intermittent
Terminal 50 short circuit to B+
Fault code B11A412
Plz any idea with what I start
Battery new fuses are good

rik : Hi. I must commence my reply by admitting to being somewhat confused by your description of events - are you familiar with the meaning of the term "Terminal 50"? If not, T50 has its genesis in a vehicle Standard known as DIN 72552. DIN=German Institute for Standardisation = Deutsches Institut für Normung (I think).
According to my English version of DIN 72552, the formal definition of T50 = Starter control (direct).
Hence my confusion - how can a fault on T50 be related to a "short on the headlights fogs"? And, you say that your car has a TSI engine - so how are the "T17 connectors" involved in this matter? T17 relates to the Glow plug and starter switch- (the Start part, not the preheat part)- anyhow, T17 is only relevant on diesel engines
Maybe the best way forward is to post-up a copy of your actual SCAN report. If you are not familiar with this process, refer to my visual instruction below.

Parasitic drain to be from corded wiring to T17 causing headlight and fog light to stay on

Battery is new and was disconnected when I got it back from dealership and they changed gear shift trim cuz it was a recall
that’s was the full scan I just did it
Also no error in dashboard for now

Wow - that's certainly a mess of errors in your SCAN report!! 
However and notwithstanding the shear number of errors in the SCAN report, there does appear to be an underlying low-voltage problem on this car - which is kind-of consistent with the "parasitic drain" finding in the dealer report.
So, your initial description of a T50 fault on the car could easily be explained as an inability for the Starter control mechanism to operate because of insufficient battery rail voltage!! And, mention of "T17 connectors" probably refers to a set of wire-terminations on the coupling-point that lives on the lower left-side panel below the steering wheel (next to the left foot-rest) - I think!
Of course it's entirely your call - but the finding in the dealer report of actual "corroded wiring" is telling and it's worrying. This finding needs to be fixed as the first part of what I suspect will be a wider investigation.
I make no comment on the dollar value in the dealer's quotation. These are personal matters - but replacing wiring is always a complex exercise!! And, given the nature of some of the errors in the SCAN - the unanswered question is: is the corroded wiring the cause of the principal fault on this car, or is it an effect from another, as yet unidentified fault?

hmm.......... of itself, it would be unusual for a LED lamp to be the cause of a parasitic drain - and I would assume that a lit LED lamp after the car was switched-OFF would be very obvious!
That said, I guess that it's theoretically possible for corroded wires to form a high impedance short to the supply wire for a LED lamp (maybe). The high impedance short would cause a reduced voltage supply for the LED which could result in the flow of a small electrical current which might not be obvious because the lamp would only be dimly lit. It only takes about 1.5-2.5 Volts across the semiconductor junction in a car LED to make it conduct
