I have a basic modal 2010 Audi A4 it doesn’t have navigation or anything. My whole center display won’t turn on which includes the AC/heater and radio. Does anyone have any ideas what I can do to get up running again? It shut off out of no where. My buddy said he jumped it before and that’s when he noticed it wasn’t working any more I’m sure I checked all the fuses and nothing was blown so I’m at a lost. I also ordered two loops to plug in that didn't work the last thing as suggested was to to get an OBD11. I purchased one then I ran a scan. The scan came back with nothing. says to upgrade to pro or ultimate for further details. I'm not sure if that going to be worth it. Will pro be able to give me results for my mmi/air-conditioning component?? Anyways this is frustrating.I live in WA so not being able to use heater is such a drag. All I’m trying to do is focus on school Any help would be appreciated

I am afraid I dont know your car model so can only offer some info / suggestions
Firstly with Regards to OBD11 Telling you to upgrade that in my opinion is just a sales pitch. If you look at the VAG Plans the only extra you get for your "what is wrong" issue is Trouble code Freeze frame which shows you more info (if availiable) about what was going on at the time the error was thrown as you dont have any errors then that adds no value
To be clear I am assuming that it did work and now it never works is that correct, if so what was the car doing at the time it stopped working (was it startup or whilst driving) and I would personally double check all the fuses.
When you run a scan it will show you the errors (if any found) but it also shows you the status of you control units.
After the scan when you look at the control units number they are in a coloured circle, if its green all good, If Red then there are errors if its black then you cant communicate with it (because of an issue or the control unit not there) so what colour are control unit 5F and 08 (air con) shown in. This is when you are connected to the car as offline it does not show all the colours.
