Is it normal that if I have the "next gen" device and it's ultimate, my account says "pro vag"? Will it last for some time and will the plan rate drop over time? an excuse but there is not much information in Spanish

If you have the ultimate version it should say ULTIMATE VAG in your profile and each subscription lasts one year.

Just to add that those of us who had a Pro account before the new one year licence get a lifetime pro so no renewal required.
However for those who upgraded or purchased Pro after the new system its a yearly renewal unless Voltas are running a special offer (two year deals, 18 month deals and simple one month extra at renewal).
If you are showing Pro and you purchased Ultimate then you need to contact support via in app help function but you should provide them of proof of purchase so they can work out whats gone wrong if you purchased it directly, if you purchased from third party then you need to contact them.
