No, they changed the hardware due lack of chips, somewhere in 2022 (around june). Only cars before that date have dynamic indicators & the opening/closing animation on the rear.

THIS IS NOT TRUE I HAVE A LEON FR 5 MONTH 2021 BUT IT HAS ALL THESE DYNAMIC TURN SIGNAL AND REAR ANIMATION.

You don't have to write in caps. Seat did change their catalog and options; dynamic lights were dropped. The change went in around May/June 2022 (you are correct I've mistakenly wrote 2021 first). Feel free to prove otherwise, just yelling "this is not true" doesn't add much value.

Do you think it'll be possible to get the chip fitted to the car at all? I got my Leon last week and I was disappointed to see that it didn't have the animation or the dynamic indicators, would love to get the chip fitted somehow

Ahh so I'd need like actual new tail lights and indicators fitted for the chip to actually do its job? Not a simple plug and play?

Hello, I'm with the project, I already bought the new headlights with dynamics and animation. I need to find someone to carry out the electrical installation of the cables that are missing in my case, one pin from each headlight.

Then you also have to pin the four cables that I am missing, you have to join them into one to connect them to the BCM of the car.
What I don't know is if it then had to be coded for it to work or simply by connecting the BCM it would work when it detected that the headlights are dynamic
