There’s a setting to change the brightness for that zone. Easy to find if you have ambient lighting

I've tried everywhere but I can't find the correct parameters to change. Can you tell me exactly where I have to go to change? Thank you

Use the cars infotainment. No job for OBD11: Menu->Ambient Lightning. Top right brightness button can either control the presets overall brightness or when in individual every zone on its own.
Keep in mind that some colors are brighter than others by the design of the LEDS.
There is no way of setting over 100% for each light, even when using OBD11, as the LEDs and their controller come preprogrammed from the factory.

On the infotainment of the car I set all the lights to maximum. While those on the doors and cell phone compartment are bright enough, those on the floor are barely visible despite being at maximum. On the Golf 7.5 that I previously had as soon as I opened a door, the footwell lights were powerful and useful, while on the current 8 series they barely come on and are useless. Is there any way to increase intensity when I open the car door via obd eleven? I tried around the power plant module (module 09) but nothing. in which other module and sector should I look? Thanks again for your availability

As pointed out: Nothing known here. And from the way it works with the LIN-Lights there is no known procedure to reprogram them
