I have a 13 GTD
The mirrors fold on lock as they should but on unlock they don't only until engine is started
my mate has a 14 GTD and his unfold on lock
any help would be great

Sorry this worked for me and I don't have any Golf code specifically for this.
However looking on the net I see this video that seems to do it differently miht be worth a try
This is the code i found for the Audi a3
Folding Mirror when Doors Lock
Select Control unit 42 (door Electrical driver)
Control unit Long Coding
Byte 4
Bit 6 Activate
Control unit 52 (door Electrical front passenger)
Control unit Long Coding
Byte 4
Bit 6 Activate
Which seems to tie into the video
Anybody else help here please

How can i change my folding mirros to Unfold when engine is started but still lock with the key? they currently fold and unfold when locking and unlocking And i hate it
