carmine98 : hi! I intend no offense - but I suspect that English might be a problem in understanding your problem.
My hunch (guess, really) is that the issue is that the central electrics module still believes that the tail-lights use incandescent lamps when in truth, these are actually LED lamps.
When the module is set to incandescent mode and the lamps are switched-ON, it expects to see a threshold electrical current to be drawn from the battery. However, LED lamps are much more efficient - so the electrical current needed by these lamps is very small. The module interprets this small electrical current as a faulty incandescent lamp - hence the "horrible yellow triangle"!!
Again assuming I'm correct (and I may be wrong) - you need to tell the module to operate the tail lights in LED mode. But the exact instructions for this change depends on a much better understanding of the car itself (how it was factory built) and of the additional equipment that was retrofitted!
Also, I don't understand your error code (DTC) description! I think you say that the left-side lamps are not working, but you state that the DTC = B12BF15
These are the DTCs that apply to errors of this type: - DTC B12BE15 = Lamp for left tail light, interruption/short circuit to positive
- DTC B12BF15 = Lamp for right tail light, interruption/short circuit to positive
So, your DTC doesn't make sense (to me, at least) - it's the wrong car-side, I think

Italian is good (same as my grand parents - but they emigrated many years ago)!!!
OK, you have added another piece of information that wasn't included in your first post (the fact that you have made coding changes)
Remote diagnostics is a difficult process at the best of times - but slowly releasing data that only you know about a car-fault isn't a successful way of seeking help on a forum.
So- instead of making more suggestions as to how to fix this problem (as I did in my previous response), maybe a better way forward is for you to provide more information about this car and what was done to retrofit the new tail-lights.
Please tell us the full back-story for this project and please include as much specific data as possible (i.e. what car is this, provide a copy of the scan report showing the exact DTCs, what LED tails were installed-URL link, what cross-wiring harness was used if any, what other one-click-apps related to tail-lights have been used, if you have made manual coding changes to the old tail lights, include a copy of the history records - etc)
And- do you have a PRO account?

@camine98: hmm......I'm aware that you want to fix this problem - but it would be really helpful (for everyone) if instead of launching into solution mode, these responses concentrated on information provision. As I have already said, the process of remote diagnostics is critically dependent on a good understanding of a situation that exists locally on a car on some part of this fragile blue planet,
Put yourself in the position of someone reading your posts - how can anyone reading your responses suggest a solution to your "trunk" problem when we don't even know what car this is (i.e. model, build year etc)? Of course, you have this information - but we do not!
Although I suspect that this is a mk7 Golf simply because you have posted in this part of the forum - this car may not be a mk7! Lot's of members place posts in different parts of the forum. And more critically, even if this is a mk7, the wiring arrangement on mk7s changed depending on the build year.
I don't intend any offense by restating in each of my responses the need for more information provision - but I can't help you if you won't help yourself!!
Maybe someone else on this forum is willing to provide suggestions based on wild guesses - alas, I am not (again, I intend no offense). Nevertheless, I really do hope that you find someone here that will help based on your discussion terms! Good luck!!
