Start Stop disable

Hi All,

I would to disable the Start Stop in my B7, but i can not find app or long coding for it as well.

i Tried before this step:

Stg. 19 (Gateway) -> Adaption -> Channel 13

But here i can not access channel 13, i just only got error message.

I need to login with security access or i just missed something else.
