Does anyone know if its possible to code the chirp as implied by the title? I have a US Spec GTI Autobahn so im not sure if I even have the hardware. Any knowledge of the modification as well as necessary steps would be greatly appreciated.  |

I did that at first when I got obd11 I used one click app: Lock/Unlock acoustic confirmation You must have alarm system with interior monitoring in your car. Does your center screen show something like "turn interior monitoring off" when you switch off engine? |

The chirp is generated by the sounder, which is included in the theft protection.
No sounder, no chirp.
The horn is unable to generate that sound...
