marcii : Ironically, you are probably in the best position to answer your own question!!
If you look closely at the freeze Frame data - notice the date/time information. Your error report says that this fault was first registered in module memory on 2022-11-13 at 13:41:47 hrs (i.e. yesterday @ lunchtime)
The data also says that Malfunction frequency counter = 3. This means that from the date/time above until the date/time of the history report (which is about 10 hrs later), the same fault was re-registered on 3 x separate occasions.
U112300 - Databus error value is a general fault. So maybe think back to 13th November (i.e. yesterday) at about lunch-time - what was happening to the car? Also look in your history records around this date/time - are there any entries?

marcii: Hmm........ as I have already said, the error message is a "general" descriptor - so it's doesn't provide much diagnostic guidance as to the specific problem. If you are also saying that you have had this problem "for about 6 months" - then this matter suffers from the further complication that it is an aged-fault. Alas, my only suggestion (again) is that you look-back through the records in the History file for changes made that might impact the hex09 module. Try reverting candidate modification to the "old value", then try clearing the fault for each case. Don
