Hello, hoping someone’s found a way to adjust idle speed since the last time this came up. Is there any way in coding or adaptations to bump my idle speed up 50-100 rpm or prevent it from going to slow idle?
My A4 B8 2.0 TFSI quattro seems to have low oil pressure at slow idle but with ANY application of throttle and it’s fine. It’s been in the garage and they’ve said they have no idea without an expensive diagnostic what might be causing the oil pressure problem. They show that there IS oil pressure at idle but lower than the red warning gives. Since the light goes out whenever there is throttle, I’m happy to keep using the car but would like to help the car overcome this problem.
