With regards to the support they offered related to this issue, I am also very disappointed. Same as n1tr0, I reported this issue later in the autumn(see timestamp on my first post), with no resolution so far. |

Hello, as soon as I used any of the apps for my Q4 ( that involved the 09 module) I have this DTC code B17D7F0 as well as a static code, we really need a way to stop this and to clear the code when it gets set.

I also join B17D7F0 club..
after use one-click faiding interior lights app in Cupra Leon 2023
After check hisrtory before any changes can't find any diffrence in adaptations.
Understand for now there is no any solve for it without service?
All in car is working fine, but afraid can lose warranty with first contact with dealer.
obd team working on it?

save yourself a lot of time investigate this erro. u cant erase it, nor any other action. the wag group secure few moduls through ODIS like central electric, multifunctional module , gateway etc. i have tis fault code for the second time. the firsta time i mde mistake with multif.module and all matrix lights stoped working properly. skoda dealer service needed to contact central server skoda and do overwright CE module , it costed me like 130 eur. all because of that error. today i wanted to do something wih headlamp system. it makes me crazy when i start the car and tray to wash windscreen it startde to wash headlam as well . its pain in the ass. no point of set like every 5 or 10y wash. if u stop the engine and start again it will wash headlamp after use stalk for washing windshield .... ofc now i got the same erroor like before. there is no effects on system but it sucks . sorry for my bad english. cheers

So maybe We should don't care about this fault and juste live with it? In my car all functions working fine.
just wonder about what dealer say at next warranty inspection..

the following list will cause to B17D7F0 - Adaptation Invalid.
Disable Headlight Washer
Disable rear wiper
Enable interior light fading
And so on…
Vw do some change on Bcm. You enable it and dtc came out. The dealer will know you’ve done some change on BCM. You can’t revert it back anymore unless you do SVm or upload the dataset from your car. If you want above function, and no dtc as well. You need customized dataset.

Hello guys,
One thing I'm trying to understand is that with a VAS or other it is possible to still enter the electrical center.
I want to do a retrofit for the reversing camera and audiophonebox but I no longer have access to the long coding electrical center after unfortunately activating the fading option...
I purposely bought the box and the subscription to do long coding for this retrofit and now I'm stuck.
Can anyone confirm that an official dealer can reset the central 09?
Will I lose all my modifications in this case?
