hmm.....really not anywhere near enough information provided to answer this question! What exactly do you mean by "newer model - be specific, there are millions of variations for after market tails?
What type of tail lights were on the car before the change - incandescent, or LED?
If the former, how did you deal with the need to add more wires for the "newer" model?
What coding changes did you make to the hex09 module for this retrofit? Don

@fdacic : hmm........ I've had folk replicate my original material many times in the past on many forums and I guess that this happens because it's in the nature of how the internet is used!
However, when it happens (and it happens lots!), I do ask for attribution of the original author (i.e. me!!). It's not only polite, it's also honest because it correctly identifies the person who created the original IP. Such is the case with your table attachment which came originally from my work!!
OK - enough about correct Internet etiquette. I created the table that you have attached to your last post (without the 2 x bolded boxes that someone has added later) many years ago and it applies specifically to the hex09 modules in early Golf mk7s with ROW build platforms. So, the details in the table pertain specifically to that car.
Now, I don't have wiring diagrams for the Passat B8 so I can't comment how the Leuchte-set assignments happen on this car - but I would be very surprised if hex09 module pin-out for a B8 maps exactly onto the hex09 module for a mk7.
Finally and without being certain, I suspect that you have retrofitted LED tail-lights onto a car that was originally factory built with incandescent tail-light fittings. If I'm correct, I suggest that your look carefully at my table - notice that the number of lamps on LED tail-lights is more than the number of lamps on incandescent fittings!
What does this mean for someone retrofitting LED taillights? Well..... if you think about this question, it is reasonable to deduce that the number of wires in the tail-light loom from the hex09 module will be just sufficient to operate the number of incandescent lamps in the tail-light fittings- and no more!!
And as for your request "Is it possible for someone who have the same taillight as the black B8 in the above picture to take screenshots on their settings for these channels" -using the Leuchte-set assignments from a factory built LED tail-light car won't work because the Leuchte-set pins for the extra LED lamps will not have wires terminated onto the tail-light connectors on your car!
Yes, a cross wiring harness is often used to solve this problem - but this does NOT increase the number of wires from the hex09 module to the tail-light fittings! The impact of this harness is that it changes the allocation of the existing wires in the loom to the lamps in the new fittings. This means that the factory assignments of Leuchte-sets to lamp positions changes. So again - you can't use information from a B8 with factory built LED tail-lights
Hope this makes sense!
