Hi,

I am new in the obd11 , i buyed this device from Amazon Link, but when i connect the device for first time to my phone the app request upgrade the firmware and was updated correct. Then came the problems, when i connect the app says "Validation Failed"

Here is more information:

1.- When i connect the device the led is red and t when i try to connect the app the led is white

2.- The device is new

3.- The device is not paring with my iphone (directly)

4.- The error is "validation error"

5.- the app is updated

My car is a Tiguan Highline fabricate on 2021.

I live in Chile, southamerica.

I don't know if is a bug or the device is broken.

I contacted to support and one of the answer was "We see the issue and we are working on it." After that i don't receive more answer.

What i can do?

whataboutthis: le4dsoldier if you have a pre 2024 VAG motor that is supported and you have the Pro or Ultimate license you can code Adaptions and long Coding but after 2024 SFD2 STOPS YOU. SFD Can be unlocked but basic plan only allows you to use OCA Nov 21, 2024 16:52:53 GMT
