Hi I have a Golf Variant 2017 mk7 canadian version. I changed the original rear bulbs for a LED mk7.5 canadian Version. Everything works, except that when signaling left or right both sides light up together. I bought an adapter cable to switch from original to LED and also an adaptor cable that links both external left and right lights. Is there a way with the OBDeleven to program the turning lights to Turn on independently? Also, as the LED uses less energy, the light indicator in the dashboard blinks faster and turns in the indicator for problem with the turning lights.

edulabbe : Hi. Hopefully someone else with greater understanding of your set-up can provide a better response, but from the information provided, I don't believe that its possible to diagnose your situation. First by definition, your project is non-OEM. The basic problem is that your car likely was built with incandescent tails - which means that it did not have sufficient wires in the factory loom to operate the extra lamps in the LED fittings. Hence the need for the "adapter(s)" - which ostensibly joined together lights with similar functions (like Brake and parking-lights) thereby creating spare wires which could be used to supply the extra LEDs. Alas this means that the reassignment of wires has also reallocated the Leuchte-sets in the hex09 module. There could be a few ways that the reallocation of Leuchte-sets was done with the harness - not all adapters do it the same way. Was there an instruction manual provided for reprogramming Leuchte-sets for the adapter?. If so, post it uo so I can see how the lights were meant to be reprogrammed Don

Hello, I have a Mk7 GTI. I just got spec - D tail lights and everything works expect the outter DRLs. The inner DRLs work just fine, and so does the brakes, turn signals, and reverse lights. Just not the outter DRLs. If anyone knows anything I can do with OBD11 or anything else. Let me know
