Hi, I just bought the obdeleven tool in order to check codes on my 2008 A4. Once setup was complete, I connected my phone to the dongle without issue, but when I try to scan my vehicle only four codes show up. This is the second time scanning the vehicle, the first time I did it scanned over 27 different control units but now only the four are showing up (engine, transmission, brakes, and airbag, if that matters). At the time I did not have a light on and I was just using the app to learn about its features, but now my TPMS light is on and I need to see what code it is throwing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice but nothing has helped. Does anyone know how to get the tool to recognize and scan more codes then what it is currently doing for me? Thanks in advance.

Key is in the run position correct? Try clearing app cache & data from settings

I've cleared the cache multiple times in addition to the complete uninstall and then reinstall of the app altogether. Tried it with the key in just about every position. Car off, key on/key on accessory. Vehicle running/not running. Tried jus about everything I can think of

No idea why they are not there buy have you tried adding them back in manually to see if the app can see them.

How would you go about entering it manually? When I try to enter the section for my tpms it just tells me the control unit is not responding then goes back to the main menu.

Sorry may have missunderstood. So when you go into the control unit screen can you see all 27 items but only 4 of them are working or do you only see 4. If you only see 4 then use the red circle with white pen at the bottom right hand side of the screen (see below) and it will list all the control units (see picture below) and you just tick the missing ones. May not solve the issue as you may get the same issue as with the tpms where it shows not responding. If that is the case then I would raise it with support via the app, email or there help site. And sorry for asking but is the TPMS Showing because you have a tire that needs to be pumped up (does not solve the issue but does at least clear the light) and when you select (for example 04) you get this (control unit shown in black)

I haven't checked the tires with a gauge yet because they all appear to be up and that doesn't help the fact that my tool isn't working. This is my second 08 a4, same trim same everything as my last, and unless for some reason the low tire indicator is different than the other one, it's not just that. The tire with the (!) is on, as well as a steady TPMS in the center dash. On my old A4, a low tire was just the small tire indicator which leads me to believe a sensor may be going bad. I could be mistaken about the different alerts in essentially the same car, but that just doesn't make sense to me to make different warnings in the same vehicle

Also, I see all the units, only four are green and accessible. The rest are all back

In that case I would raise this with support via the app
