Hi, I have a Tiguan MK2 2017 R Line. I have tried using the OBD APP which cost 60 credits to get my US TURN SIGNALS to stay on when on Auto or DRL, I also tried some adaptions code that I saw from forums but nothing has worked. This never worked for me :/ really don’t understand why it wouldn’t work when I have the same lights as majority of the VW that have this feature enabled. If anyone can advise that’ll be greatly appreciated

hmm........... mine is a wild guess - but maybe the tweak won't work because the headlight fittings on this car are NOT controlled by the central electrics module (i.e. maybe the headlight lamps are controlled by Light-Control-Modules - LCMs). Look at your SCAN report

Alas- the sad fact is that OBD11 can't access the internal coding variables in LCMs!!
So, it simply ain't possible to change the factory settings on cars that use these type of modules to control the headlight lamps (at least for the present time)

Ah man  Thank you for your assistance really means a lot Do you know if it’s possible through VCD coding other than OBD? Just weird how I’ve seen similar models with the feature working |
