It's not difficult - it's ALL described in your owner's manual - like this:
Storing front passenger exterior mirror settings for reversing with mirror-dip
- Select a valid vehicle key for saving the settings.
- Unlock the vehicle using this key.
- Switch on the electronic parking brake.
- Switch on the ignition.
- Put the gearbox into neutral.
- Activate the reverse gear exterior mirror lowering function using the CAR button and the and Mirrors and wipers function buttons in the infotainment system.
- Select reverse gear.
- Adjust the exterior mirror on the front passenger side so that you have a good view of the kerb area.
The settings for the mirror position will be saved automatically and assigned to the vehicle key that is used to unlock the vehicle.

oops.......my bad - I described the VW method for mirror tilt . The Audi method is the same - but without the step VI (mirror tilt is activated via the long-code and there is no ability to switch it in the infotainment unit)
it's basically like this in an Audi
Note: the instructions in the video say to select the left side with the mirror knob. This is correct if the passenger side is on the left side. If the car has left-hand drive, the passenger side is on the right. The general rule is to turn the mirror knob to the passenger-side
