Description:
T-roc with MIB3 have not start stop reasons indicator and Start-Stop on-off button on multimedia. This app adds Start-Stop Reasons menu but Start-Stop on-off button on multimedia not work. Multimedia-5F unit may give faults on obdeleven scan (no problem in usage).

question: when efficiency assist is activated---- ECO TIPS is still working?
and are you sure that for both of them bus data shall be---- comfort data bus? for start stop reasons i got----- infotainment system data bus--- and works ( I checked in the second car and have comfort data bus as you---and also works)--- so ok.
for efficiency assist i got--- extended data bus--- so maybe this is a problem?
can you show how efficiency assist looks?

if you have---eco tips option must be activated in car settings menu
and then e.g disable start stop - then you have to drive a little so that the system finds that start-stop can be activated.
It's best to check it on the menu you just activated - start-stop reasons. When information will appear - start-stop system can be activated, you can stop the car and wait a moment with engine on (as if you were standing at the traffic lights) if everything works as should, info on dashboard will appear ----

first i tried just activate with start_stop_reasons. it not worked, i activated efficiently_assist then start-stop reasons menu appeared. so it is neccesary for mib3 infotainment system. i have not tried with other data bus because it works with these settings. i will reply you again when i try eco tips. |

eco tips works. i tried with acceleration pedal at N gear. It says something like do not press pedal when gear is N. |

good for you-- so what exactly efficiency_assist---- shows, is doing?
is required for start-stop reasons and something more?
do you have any additional menu, window, indicator using this function?

Did you check again System Diagnostic after performed modification ?
Most probably due to inappropriate CAN_BUS, you are experiencing errors in communication.
It is necessary to always after making any mods in the car, the general system condition should be healthy and without errors. At least the same state as prior to add anything.
