Hello friends, how are you?! I changed my cell phone and when I went to connect my Obdeleven Pro account, it was as basic! How do I access the Pro account that I have registered?! Thanks

You need to login with the same account you redeemed the pro code on. I guess that that's the problem here. Keep in mind that the newer pro subscription lasts only 1 year. After that you have to buy again. The pro lifetime version does NOT expire.

Worst of all I used the same E-mail I had registered and it didn't help!

Can you answer these few questions: 1) Are you using the OBDeleven VAG or BMW app? The OBDeleven BMW app only offers a basic plan. 2) Did you have PRO lifetime or PRO 1 year subscription? 2.1) If you have a PRO 1 year subscription: When did you buy it? 3) Do you still have access to the old phone with the pro account? Licenses don't just disappear. There is always an explanation

Well in that case my only guess is that you're using a different account on your new phone. If you believe that it is the same account and it should have a pro licence you should contact voltas directly. Maybe they can find the issue here.

You didn't mention the phone type you're using (Android or iPhone). Anyway, this may contribute to some account name confusion: - OBDeleven user names are case sensitive, so myobdaccount@gmail.com is different from MyOBDaccount@gmail.com. Please take care to spell the account name exactly as you provided it when registering the PRO plan.
- If you happened to change from Android to iOS, there is another trap to know about: the OBDeleven iOS app always converts any provided login user name to lowercase characters. If you are using uppercase characters in your user name (which worked flawlessly with your Android device), you will not be able to sign in at all on any given iOS device. In this case, the OBDeleven support can assist you with changing your login name to all lowercase characters.
- You even may have unintentionally registered different accounts with OBDeleven (maybe basically the same user name, but a different combination of uppercase and lowercase characters), so check this out as well.
