Rear Camera not working. Error message 02873

Hi I am new to all this so please bear with me.   

I had a retrofit MIB2 in stalled in my 2015 Passat to do this I need to replace my rear camera as well. I bought the MIB2 unit and the rear camera from the same retail seller. I had the camera and the MIB2 in stalled but for some reason we can not seen to get the camera to work consistently, the only way I can get the camera to work is to do a hard reset. Then the camera will work, but then eventually stop working after the car has been off for a while. I was told by the retail seller to check my 19 gateway and to clear the faults.  When I bring up 19 gateway I am getting two faults. One is for the camera (fault 02873) and the other is for External audio source connection (03272).  The quetion I have is How do I clear the camera default. I am not familiar as to where to look and what Byte, and Bit that I need to active or deactivate to clear the camera default. I need some direct with this.
