Hi,

I have this error in my module 19 Gateway. I am clueless to what it means and what is causing it. Does anyone have any ideas?

have you done any encoding for this control unit--- before this error?

The most common fault is a circuit fault that results in a power outage or grounding of the control module.
You need to check a power circuit.

I have not done any coding on that control unit myself. I have believe the previous owner could have. He has retrofitted a device before so potentially there could be a power fault.
Should I test the circuit?

all you can do, if you are not a specialist in this matter, is to find the module, check the connections, possibly "ring" the wires if there is conductivity, or if there is no a short circuit and whether GND is connected.
there is possibility that module is damaged-- then the best way is change to another one.

Are you able to connect with another control units?
