Hello dom here, I’ve been a obd11 member since last year but I haven’t figured out how to using coding until I took the today to find out about “seatbelt dingg” from one of Thirsty’s comments on a thread from years ago. Wondering what else is there to look into? I’m in a ‘12 A3 and not sure what else to look into messing with. I’m glad I found this cause when I carry luggage around it’s mad annoying on short/long trips. thanks in advance!

Hi dom, there are a lot of coding options available on the internet (Keep in mind that some of them require specific hardware/software). Because you wrote that you own a `12 A3 i guess it's a 8V 8P? Correct me if i'm wrong You can have a look at these sites to get some inspiration: Stemei (German) Codierübersicht Onenote (German, lots of coding tutorials) Ross-Tech wiki (English, contains more general information for service etc)

It’s a 8P I appreciate it man, the one coding looked like it was a go to so I figured I’d look more into it for other things.

Ok i've updated to links for the 8P. Yeah there are a lot of codings that work out of the box without any prerequirements.
Just keep in mind that you should always do a full backup of the control unit(s) before you start playing around (makes things a lot easier if something goes wrong).
