I'm asking in here as this will be picked up faster than in Cupra Formentor section + it is the same light switch and coding as Golf Mk8.
I was finally able to code the possibility to turn the light switch to OFF mode even while driving neither does it come back to AUTO after a stop & go.
HOWEVER, every time you turn the ignition off and back on for restarting the car the next morning for example, it starts in Auto mode again. So you have to touch it 3 more times (turning the lights on and off in the process) in order to set it back to OFF.
Any idea on how to get the car to start with the light switch in OFF mode ?
