hmm........ sgt1297 suggestion is probably correct - but on the assumption that the MLB platform for the A6 c7 is more like MQB platform cars, maybe the following might be worth a try if above doesn't work. To make the native cornering lights illuminate when reverse gear is selected - go to the central electrics module - go to adaptation -navigate to static AFS light-bei Rueckwaertsfahrt - change from OFF to Both sides.
Again, this is a guess!!
