I swapped out my DCC suspension and installed coilovers. Is it possible to do a DCC delete? With the suspension fault, I'm not able to turn off the ESC. I tried the ESC disable but it doesn't work. I recently went to a HPDE track event and I just couldn't put down the power exiting the corners. The ESC kept flashing and pulled power.
I know there is a DCC delete from KW but I read that it was sometimes not reliable. Not sure what was unreliable...

have a look at this thread forums.ross-tech.com/index.php?threads/6012/Recipe for coding out DCC on a MK7 Golf R (ROW) is as follows Step Uno: Unplug Fuse 13 in fuse holder C located behind the flip-down compartment to the left of the steering wheel (LHD). Step Dos: Uncheck Susp.Electronics from the CAN-Gateway. Step Tres: Uncheck Bit 7 in Byte 27 of the ABS-module to allow the ESP to function. Sidenote: Adaptive light is still throwing an error, but this is not really an issue, so i'll look into it at a later date. please note I have not tried this so you do it at your own risk.

Of course it does. Adaptive Lightning is using the same sensors as DCC. You will need to rewire them to the headlight regulation module - and of course code is respectively

Yep in the article i pointed to it says
rear level sensor is directly connected to module 14. if you remove the module, the sensor wires need to be extended to the front of the car and connected to module 55/4B (whatever is handling headlights level).
headlight module needs new coding because the sensor is now direct and not over CAN-BUS.
as an aside if you are lowering the car many people say you need to run a basic setting on ride height
Personally i went for the KW that connects to DCC

Thanks for the link and info. I'll dig into this more. Can OBDeleven code bits?

Why shouldn't it? Yes, you will need to realign your headlights after this: * You are resseting the basic settings when changing the coding * You are changing the suspension
Just resetting basic settings does not bring back working height levelling.
