So I had the Audi R8 Spyder before and now I've got the Huracan Performante Spyder.
Both cars seemed to suffer from the exact same problem: The back window does not automatically close when you turn it off and leave the car. There were many times where I left it open without realising and then it rained heavily, getting somewhat wet inside. Today my ECU was screwed in the Spyder and has been shipped off for repair due to it.
As soon as the car turns off, the back window should automatically close and I can't believe they still haven't solved it on even the newer Spyders.

Hello,
have you tried pressing and holding the lock button on the key?

I believe this works with the 1-click app from OBDEleven but the problem is remembering. I never left them open because I couldn't be bothered but just forgetting about it. Funny thing is you get a dashboard warning about not forgetting your phone, but it doesn't warn you about the window
