In my ibiza 1.0 tsi 115hp 2017 I tried to alter the number of blinks of the comfort/convinence blinking. Currently is at 3 blinks, which I consider very little and I tried to go to 5 through the one button app of the obd unit. After doing that it appears (in obd unit) that it changed to 5 and it also deducted the 10 credits that it "cost". But the blinks were still at 3.
Went back and forth a few times with same results.
Contacted the support and they told me that (for some reason) it won't work in my case.
I must mention though that they did gave back the credits spend on those unsuccesfull tries, for which I thank them.
Does anyone else have the same problem? And how it was (if it was) solved
