Hi, I have a MK7 GTI 2017 that was made in US, but I live in EU so I would like to change it to my region, is it possible? The only thing I managed to change is the radio frequency (from odd to even). When I press the Navigation button it says "Navigation: function not supported" and the Traffic button doesn't do anything. I have OBDEleven. I saw a couple of similar questions, but there weren't any good explanations, at least from the ones I saw. Software info ( imgur.com/a/QTLHtbv ) Ty

grbac: hmm............ Are you sure that 3Q0035844A unit is SATNAV compatible? I'm more than happy to be corrected, but my information suggests that it's a MIB2 module without SATNAV (only ONE SD slot). Also, the FEC licenses for SATNAV are region specific - so even if the unit does have this facility, likely the license will not apply to EU region Don

Hi Don, Thank you tor the response. Yeah, it only has one SD slot, then no SatNav for me, oh well. I have another question regarding my unit, I saw that I have a lot of "Invalid" and "Denied" codes in "Function enabling codes" menu. Is there a way to "fix" them? I don't have any problems with the infotainment unit so far. Pictures of codes ( imgur.com/a/iCIvHpo )

Do you know if your unit is hacked as they are all copies of your installed codes If it has been hacked you’d need to clear them with a fec decider to get a code then obdeleven in EOL mode to clear FEC’s

I really don't know what did the previous owner do with the infotainment system, but I already tried cleaning the codes as shown in a tutorial by "mr-fix" (awsome guy) with the codes given by the "swap code generator" ( mst2fecgen.mibsolution.one ) , but the non-working kodes won't go away.
