After i’ve turned off the option for “Acustic confirmation” on my multimedia for a day and got it back up, the lock beep won’t work. The Unlock works just fine but i’ve not changed i single thing the day it was off. I’ve been searching for a solution for approximately 4 months from so much forums and threads and still couldn’t find any solution for it. Can anybody help me solve it?

Maybe a good starting point is to post-up screen shots of Acknowledgement signal group of adaptation channels in the central electrics module. To be clear, I need to see ALL the channel values.
Also, does this car have an anti-theft alarm installed and what country? Don |

In those photos I’ve turned off the Unlock beep, but still can’t find why the lock won’t beep. I don’t have anti theft alarm so i use my horn instead. It’s in israel. ibb.co/QdvzMPHibb.co/FhBgvfC |

hmm.............. the values in your screenshots look OK - my only suggestion is to change - Acknowledgement signals-Optical feedback during locking > Decelerate
Also, I have to ask- setting Menuesteuerung akustische Rueckmeldung to active places a facility in the MENU like this:
Is Acoustic confirmation box ticked on this car?

First of all, when i change Acknowledgement signals-Optical feedback during locking to Decelerate it turns off the Turn Signal on lock. And yes, i’ve ticked the box in the screen but still no horn on lock.

You tried rebooting the mmi
Try locking it twice with the button, does it beep on second press?

Ok, only mentioned because if you have the lock to drivers door and not all doors you have to press twice to lock all doors and get the beep
Is there a reset for doors under reset?

Ok there is so press “menu”  Then press “vehicle”  Then press “setup” in bottom right  Then scroll down to “factory settings”  Then scroll down to “opening and closing”  Then press “opening and closing” to reset (a little warning should come up just press continue  |

You gone back into settings and made sure accustom confirmation is still clicked? Sometimes a reset can turn it off

Dunno then, I wouldn’t have thought it was programming as like you said you never did any, so I would’ve thought a little gremlin in the ecu, which doing that should’ve cleared
