Battery Upgrade - Multiple Codes After Clearing

I changed my battery on my 2018 Tiguan SEL from a Standard Battery to an AGM Battery. Picked up a fresh one from the dealer. Mine was the original OEM battery that came with the vehicle. Using ODBeleven I followed these instructions to reprogram the ECU. After erasing all the codes I am still left with lights and errors. Can you help me figure out how to get rid of these issues? The care was working fine with no errors prior. Just as an FYI.
