I have upgraded my car lights to gti bi xneons. I already have the adaption channel settings for golf r bi xneons headlights. My question is if i put golf r settings in there will it work. Or does the gti have different settings for headlight channels.

Or does the gti have different settings for headlight channels. I assume that when you say that "I have upgraded my car lights to gti bi xneons", you had incandescent lamps originally. If so, Iwould be very surprised if this will work and if you try to do this - expect to have to reverse ALL the settings back. The problem is that when retrofitting HIDs on a car that had incandescent lamps, the wiring loom is entirely different to a car that had HIDs fitted from the factory. Your car will have a 10 pin connector for the headlight assemblies and a factory fitted HID headlight will have a 14 pin connector. This means that the Leuchte-set values will be different in both the cars. Retro-fitted HID units from third party suppliers deal with the lack of additional wires by using cross-wiring adapters and by building additional "smarts" into the fitting (this usually results in some form of limitation) So - proceed carefully if you try to replicate the R settings - please Don
