Interesting, I looked in a 2016 and it had access control 2 and my 2017 has zv heck 🤷♂️

According to my database, the earlier mk7 (I understand nicola has an MY13 Golf) has Direkter Auswurf des Heckdeckels in the access control group of channels

I gave you the procedure
Go into central electronics module
Scroll down to access control
Scroll down to the option
Tick enable
Then save by either pressing the green tick (android) or slide the slider (iOS)
