I have a suggestion: when the sensor detects it's dark (and turns on the low beam), make the brake lights light at full intensity when reversing.
Why I'm asking for this is when I'm reversing and parking at night, I cannot see the walls and such and have to lightly tap the brakes so they light at maximum intensity so I can see the surroundings. Is it possible to code this?

As far as I know, that’s not possible. The sensor is only there to determ wether the light should be on or not, not the brightness. However, it is possible to code your brake light up when you reverse (day and night)

I know, but could the system be tricked to make the brake lights light at full if reversing when the sensor detects it's night? For example, linking the input of the sensor to the brake lights? Or is that programming out of scope for the OBDeleven dongle?
And as I understand your post, you can code your brake light intensity when reversing, but it's for day and night. So how do I do that?
I only need max intensity at night because I park in a tight spot with walls around and I have to turn left at maximum at the end so I need the brake lights to see the walls to avoid hitting them. I can lightly tap the brakes so it doesn't brake but still shines the brake lights at max intensity but would prefer that they are at max intensity when reversing so I can see without tapping the brakes.

That is something I don’t know, hopefully someone else can answer that one

Thanks anyway, possibly a developer answers this.

vjburic1 : As has been already said I can make the brake lights illuminate when reversing - but it's not possible for this function to distinguish between night/day. To make the high-mounted (third) brake light switch-on when reversing, do this: - Leuchte22BR MA57-Lichtfunktion B 22 > Rueckfahrlicht
If you want the two outer brake lights to illuminate when reversing l- post-up screenshots of Leuchte20BR LA71. To be clear- I need to see the values in ALL 19 x channels for this Leuchte-set in your screenshots
