So guys. I tried to add headlamp washer delay with this guide. All coding was accepted and SFD unlock was succesful. BUT, the changes did not work and i get this error now: puu.sh/JfZV5/4ff6eaf3f9.pngSoo, whats wrong?

@mrmike: hmm....... seems fairly obvious from the OBD11 screenshot that the central electrics module doesn't like the change made to the adaptation channel Maybe post-up the actual record for this tweak from the History option in OBD11, so we can see exactly what value was entered into the channel (perhaps you typed an "O" instead of "0")

So this is what i tried: This is what i got from it: This is what i tried to fix it. I did try for example 200 and 2000.

The "this is what I tried" screenshot is not the original change record
The value in the "tried to fix it" screenshot won't work - the delay has a minimum value (I don't know the min value - but it I'm fairly sure that it ain't zero)
there are two faults on this module?

What do you mean its not the original change record? Theres a backup before that. No changes on that part before that one.
The other code is from the SFD unlock.

What do you mean its not the original change record? Theres a backup before that. No changes on that part before that one. hmm........ OK, this might be my bad - maybe? The reason for my previous suggestion is that on the earlier version 5Q0/3Q0 series central electrics modules (on mk7 Golf), the factory default value for the Headlamp washer system-SRA Verzoegerungszeit channel is 1000 ms. The value for older hex09 modules is pertinent because the tweak instructions in your first post were based on the Golf mk7.
In your "this is what I tried" screenshot , the old value = "0" for the channel above - which suggested (at face value) that a previous change was made. However, following your response - I've just checked my database for 5WA series central electrics modules (which are installed in Mk8 Golf). According to my records, the factory default value for the channel above is indeed 0 ms!! So - this new revelation is interesting because if your car has a headlight washer factory installed and since the factory setting for the channel above is 0 ms - then the logical conclusion (for me, at least) is that the Golf mk8 doesn't use this channel in the same way as the previous Golf mk7. My hypothesis above is further reinforced by your observations and by the error message in your screenshots (I think)
Here is a side-by-side comparison of the Headlight Washer System channels for the Golf versons:
Golf mk8 Golf mk7 Channel 5 8 Anzahl Betaetigungen Frontwaschanlage pro SRA Aktivierung active active SRA bei Waschwassermangel 0 ms 1000 ms SRA Einweichpausenzeit 0 ms 1000 ms SRA Nachwaschzeit 10000 ms 1000 ms SRA Pausenzeit 0 SRA Untersetzung Init 0 ms 1000 ms SRA Verzoegerungszeit 2000 ms 1000 ms SRA Waschzeit The other code is from the SFD unlock. Since no details of this other DTC has been provided, I can't be sure - but this might be the reason why you are unable to restore the original value into the SRA channel - maybe?

Well, my previous car was mk7.5 golf and the "SRA Verzoegerungszeit" was also 0 by default. Which ment that always when using the washer stalk, the headlights got washed when lights were on.
I believe the difference between mk8 golf and nx octavia is, that golf lacks headlight washers? I think i haven't seen a single mk8 golf with headlight washers.
The other fault code is confirmed to relate to SFD unlock. It's active for 90 minutes and can then be removed. It always comes again when i open the SFD unlock.
