So, I activated travel assist via control unit A5 and it is working great.
Because of my 77 kWh e-Boost steering wheel I wanted to try to activate the capacitive steering wheel option via long coding. Usually you can find it in control unit 13 for ACC.
But it isn't showing up for me. Any ideas?

To be clear are you saying that Control unit 13 is not showing up do you mean its not in the list of supported control units.

Yes, It's not showing on the control unit list or gateway list, where you can disable/enable control units which may be deactivated.

Yes, I have ACC and already coded Lane Assist but without the capacitive steering wheel feature. Both ACC and LA are working great so far. I think, the chance of an already installed capacitive steering wheel is close to zero. But I wanted to give it a try anyway. As far as I know this feature can only be coded in control unit 13, which is missing for me.
When I open the gateway list, I can choose between (19)Gateway and (5F)Multimedia.
