Hey,
Seems like we have quit little apps for the car. How can remove the "ACC Overtaking from right lane" feature? Two lane roads thats really annoying.

Sorry, I do not understand. With Pro, you can change the overtaking behavior in the ACC control unit's long coding "Overtaking right prevention" (For left hand driving it obviously prevents that on the left). I should be well documented.
I do not know if there is an app for that. If not, please file an app request. Should be no problem for the app devs to copy that App over to Octavia 4

Is it safe to just go long coding and change that value on the MQBevo?

Been there, done that. Yep, that is safe.

Adaptive cruise control module 15 -> long coding -> <car image> Overtaking right prevention -> Deactivated? Attachments:

Yep. With activated the car will not overtake on "wrong" side with a speed higher than - I think - 80km/h. Disabling it the car will not slow down when overtaking on the "wrong" lane

Yeah i had that coded on my previous car.
But that is the right way to code it off?

It is the only way. An App would do nothing else.
I have fiddled around with the ACC coding so much that I can surely say: Worst to happen is an coding is not working, but you can easily revert them with no damage or extra work needed.

I might try that.
But i did try change headlamp washer delay and thought that i could just revert it. Happens that now i have a DTC which i'm unable to remove even when reverted.

I never saw any reasonable coding in 13 to break anything.

Adaptive cruise control module 15 -> long coding -> <car image> Overtaking right prevention -> Deactivated?
So this should work safely?

Disabling it the car will not slow down when overtaking on the "wrong" lane New forum user here - just wanted to say thanks for this information and guidance. My 2020 SE L First Edition was doing this and frightening me every time I was overtaking slow moving Lane 1 traffic, actively braking firmly after changing lanes into an empty Lane 2. It rather negated the point of having ACC in some ways. Followed the simple instructions and now I feel more comfortable with using the ACC. Thanks again.
