When I open the fault code, there is no freeze frame info. When I use a cheap $15 OBD-2 scanner, I can see the freeze frame data. Why? Thank you

Firstly you need Pro or Ultimate to be able to see it.
Secondly it needs to be turned on support.obdeleven.com/en/articles/5608816-freeze-frame-data

Lastly I think you only see the data when you email the scan report to yourself.

Just double checked and that is not the case, firstly even though its turned on not all control units show the freeze frame data

however on my motor when i open control unit 09 and click on the DTC it shows me all the freeze frame stuff.
