hmm...... some self-evident facts that are a given (meaning that they are not disputable):

The hex09 module is complaining that it is incorrectly coded
The apparent date of this fault (i.e. the first time that the fault was registered) is the date of the scan
Malfunction frequency counter = 1 meaning that the fault has not been re-registered on a subsequent ignition cycle

So - the obvious question that arises from above:

What was the car doing on 2022-08-03 @ about 22:20 - or roughly half hour before the scan (please don't reply "nothing")?
