Hi all can anyone help me out my mk7 golf is showing a fault but its saying unknown fault and doesnt show a fault code see pic.. why is it saying theres a fault but no code displayed

typergaze: I suspect that the particular conditions in your car are not those that are recognized by the known fault codes in the module's database!
The "malfunction frequency counter" is 8 in your picture, so the intermittent fault has re-occurred in 8 x ignition cycles. If you haven't been programming the module, it looks like an physical equipment issue. What are the symptoms- if any? Try clearing the error message and see if it returns - or if the car is under warranty - see your dealer

I clear the fault every time i use the app but it comes back everytime. I have not done any coding to the drivers door module so i dont know what to do. Its going in to vw on Thursday for some warranty work so i will just have to get them to look into it

Well its been in VW and according to there computer there are no faults what so ever with the car so why is obdeleven showing a fault with drivers door electrics? Is this a bug in. The app?
