Hello everyone.

This evening, I finally received my replacement blank transponder housing minus the pcb. I went ahead and tried to reprogram or add but some how the car is now in SAFE.
I have removed the original pcb from the replacement casing and installed it to the original casing. still the car is still in SAFE mode.
I went and disconnected both - and + cables from battery and tried to pump brake as well. after a few mins (maybe 5) i tried to reconnect everything and started the reprogram sequence (open door, close door, insert key to acc while holding the unlock button). nothing... condition remained the same
I also tried my valet key and still will not like it.
Is there a way to 'clear' any code that might be affecting the reprogram process? or can obdeleven reprogram the original key transponder?
Any information is greatly appreciated.
