I bought 2 months ago obd + pro + 800 credits for 99 euros with the discount I paid 69 euros it arrived in the mail today. I activated it and connected it to the car, but I have no available credit 0 credits What should I do and who should I contact? Thanks everyone!

If you purchased it directly from Voltas IT (OBD11) then use in app help function or email support@obdeleven.comm and they will sort you out.

Yes Directly from their website I waited 2 months for it to arrive in Vienna. I sent 5 messages for support, but no one has answered yet Shame on obdeleven team I paid 59.90 euros and postage 10 euros Now I have an ordinary toy that is unusable

ok well you need to keep pushing support, i have to say support always answer my online queries quick but keep using in app system and leave your email and link to this thread.
i am guessing you bought the basic setup and a pro licence seperate in which case you should have had an email from voltas for the pro and credits
check your spam folder

I bought obdeleven pro and credit 800 it was the month of April and the regular price is 99 euros I got it for 59.99 euros because there was some kind of price reduction

Well i am sorry I can only presume they are busy today as i raised an issue last night and it has not been read yet. Lot of people are moaning about the new lack of credits so I suspect Support are very busy dealing with the fallout. I will drop them a line to look at this thread but they will just say you need to contact them directly so send more emails and use the chat system in the app or via the OBD11 Website. If you bought a pro plan then according to support.obdeleven.com/en/articles/5608897-how-to-buy-a-pro-ultimate-plan you should have received an email, support will want proof of purchase I suspect before they send you another one

I got a reply that my order is 99 euros OBDeleven, 200 credits and a mobile phone holder I realized that they have committed a fraud against me if the customer If it were as they say, I would not take the device at all Thanks to everyone here for your support

Well you should have some sort of invoice where all the items are listed with the price you paid. Do you have such a proof?
