Hi! I have installed LED footwell lights but I cannot find in OBD 11 app parameters that I need to change under 09 cent. electronics. Parametres like this IDE11477-ENG128539-Interior lighting: parameter-p_adaption_kundenwunsch_fussraum. Where is this located? Thanks in advance!

Remove the first 2 bits and look again, that’s for vcds You should see interior lighting as a menu item

IDE11477-ENG128539 is the channel numbers used in a different software (vcds) And yes, 09-adaptions then in the search bar type in interior (a list comes up and select interior lighting, parameters and go into that, then scroll down until you find the item you want

But being a 2013 your module may be too old Maybe. But it's odd because they are working when you open and close door but only if car is running. Strange

But being a 2013 your module may be too old yes - "too old"!! In these earlier modules, the way that the BCM (using the VCDS notation) was told to operate the footwell light was via the long-code string. Specifically the software switch was on Byte 17, Bit 3. However, given OP's description about the "car running", I suspect that the setting above is already made!! Still - worth checking IMO Maybe also worth checking OP's history records for any pertinent modifications to the hex09 module? Don
