Hi,
I used OBD App and Dongle for weeks without problems. Yesterday I tried as usual to get the one free (daily bonus) and the five commercial bonus credit.
App did not automatically add the daily bonus credit. When I press the green plus button, app says "no free credit for today". This is also today.
Yesterday evening I tried to connect with the Device. The app identified the Bluetooth connection, but did not allowed to connect it because of missing Internet connection.
My smartphone is online and does have an internet connection.
Are there any problems with OBD Eleven Servers?

I'm getting a "Check network connection" when trying to connect for the last 2 days.

Its the same here, also for the last 2 days! I also cannot connect to my Bluetooth Dongle due to missing Internet Connection. My Smartphone is online and all other apps are working well and have internet connection!

I got the same problem with my new obdeleven nextgen 😑 hoping this will be solved soon!

i have been using this app on both Android and IOS with no issues.
You should raise these issues directly with OBD11 Support at support@obdeleven.com as they dont always check this forum.
However as an aside have you all got your location turned on otherwise it wont work.

I did email them yesterday about this. Does your work now?
Got my location on, i get to select my obdeleven 2 then Enter my pincode then it says that about network connection.
My nextgen goes from beeing red to flashing white slow but i cant connect to it or cars with it. My old one (first gen obdeleven) I could pair in bluetooth settings but with nextgen it only trying to pair it but never Does it. Both with 0000 and 1234. If I take other numbers it says its wrong code.

try the following from the help system, You can try to open the side menu -> device and delete all the devices from that list, unplug the device, restart your phone, plug the device again and try to connect again.
If you still have any issues or questions, please, contact directly our Customer Support and we will answer as soon as possible.
Next Gen does not require you to bluetooth pair

You should talk directly to support using in app help function or via there web site (dont forget to leave your email address)
Can you see you car data offline (as that is all on the server)
Are you trying to update a SFD Control Unit (as that can be busy)
What version of Android / IOS are you running
If you are on Android have you done a cache clear of the app
Have you tried closing the phone down, wait a minute and then start again.
