Hello. I ordered RS3 8Y 2022 saloon and it will arrive soon. I found that the headlights and tail lights animation are de-activated due to Japanese spec. I know the taillights animation can activate OBD eleven 1clicking apps, but there is no menu for headlights. Is there someone who knows how to activate headlights animation? Thank you.

I’ve been able to activate the RS taillight animation on my 2021 S3 sedan, however it only works during the hours of darkness!! Does anyone have a workaround so that it does it every time the vehicle is unlocked like the front ones???

I'd suggest activating Scandinavian DRL's that way the rear lights are always on therefore you'll get an animation everytime.

Has anyone had success getting the RS tail lights working on software version 3695 for a 2022 S3? Some other apps worked fine just not the tail lights.

Tried activating Scandinavian DRLs but this still doesn’t enable the light animation when locking, it still only works during darkness.

Unlock SFD
Adaptation
Intelligente Heckleuchte-Verbau
Vercion
Change from 1 to 5
Reboot MMI by pressing on the right corner for 5 secs

34xx or older versions support but higher than 36xx versions do not support this feature.

The adaption above does not work on later software versions Hi, you are wrong, yes of course it works. I coded it yesterday on my A3 45TFSIe with Version 3801. Unlock SFD and a open hood and it should work. Greets |
