Hello all! OBDEleven newb here. So I received the OBDEleven Pro yesterday and got app installed and vehicle profile established in the app. I was able to successfully enable 3 apps but several others were "Not Supported".
My vehicle:
2017 GTI S 5 door hatch with no mods to lights etc. Still running halogen all the way around.
Urban joker, Tailights as brakelights, steering response, and a couple of other apps gave me the "not supported" message. I'm wondering if I did something wrong during installation. I'm aware of the long coding as an option and I appreciate any input but I want the apps to work as they're supposed to. Thanks for any advice you can give me!

Ok, you have done a scan right? (If not do a scan so it knows what modules you have)
Next option would be to go into settings on your phone, then apps, select obdeleven, then clear app data (you will need your user name and password when you log back into obdeleven)
Next option would be change service mode to developer (not sure how that works with apps, as I don’t use them as their bad and can cause problems)

I think I have figured out the problem which unfortunately leads to another. I used the 2017-2021 when i was registering my vehicle and I believe I should've used the 2012-2017. Now i can't clear my vehicle out and correct the data to 2012-2017. ANy suggestions?

swipe the vehicle (can't remember whether left or right)!!

Yeah I did that. I cleared data from app. I unistalled app and when i reinstall and connect to the car, the car is back on there and it won't let me change the info.

It won’t as it’s saved on obdeleven server, you have to mail them from the app asking them to change the model from >2017 to <2017, but it won’t be done till at least Monday now as they don’t work weekends,
