I've read other threads that it's possible to program foglights to act with the high beam, I've found the leuchte 12 NL (left) and 13 (right) in adoptation but values there are different than A3 8V so I'm not sure if it's possible to do this and how, here's the screenshot in case someone can help...
NOTE: I have Matrix lights

hmm.........the Leuchte-set that you posted has been factory disabled - which normally means that the central electrics module doesn't control these lamps. Instead, I suspect that these lamps are controlled by Light-Control-Modules, Normally OBD11 can't be used to modify any coding in LCMs.

So, short answer is NO (alas)
